The aerospace industry is a distinct business environment characterized by unique ways of conducting business.  In recognition of this uniqueness, the mission of the Aerospace Management Institute is to expand the cadre of professional managers with special knowledge and training in management methods proven to be highly effective in dealing with the challenges of the industry.

The Institute offers a syllabus of training courses intended to enhance professionalism among aerospace industry managers.  The orientation of the courses is international, to reflect the nature of the industry itself.  Primary areas of focus include Marketing, contracts, government regulatory environment, contracts, international coproduction, and management of industrial offsets.

In addition to management training services, the Institute provides specialized consultancy services to address specific needs of clients.

The Journal of Aerospace Management is the Institute’s bi-monthly periodical of literature directly applicable to current subjects of interest to aerospace managers.  It is published on-line, linked to the website of the Aerospace Management Institute. x
